**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management**

We're now seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help us drive our mission forward. **Job Summary:** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Distribution Center Administration Framework and serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You will work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC, as well as administer and support all aspects of data handling equipment, including printers and terminals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions, as well as the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office * Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks, to ensure seamless data handling and processing * Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures to ensure business continuity * Facilitate communication between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution * Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, to ensure optimal performance and functionality * Collaborate with the Innovation Office to implement future software updates and ensure seamless integration with existing systems * Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, and other materials, and report usage to MIS * Regulate non-exempt staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures * Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security, to ensure data integrity and security * Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end-users * Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions, and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis * Develop reporting tools for clients to provide better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies * 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate * 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, and MS-Word * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as IT or Computer Science **Preferred Qualifications:** * Project management experience * Lone rangers degree in IT, preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Business acumen and analytical skills **About arenaflex:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
