Our mission is to carry our heart to each snapshot of your wellbeing, and we're looking for talented professionals to join our team. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack DevOps Engineer to lead our DevOps strategy, drive the adoption of DevOps tooling, practices, and culture across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our DevOps infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications and services. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead DevOps strategy, covering planning, development of tools, practices, and culture * Establish and uphold DevOps best practices, including version control, code review, automated testing, and deployment techniques * Design and manage infrastructure as code, using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar, to provision and manage assets across cloud environments * Execute and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar, ensuring fast and reliable application deployment * Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements * Monitor and analyze DevOps pipelines and practices, identifying areas for improvement, development, and automation to enhance deployment consistency and accuracy * Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for their adoption within the organization's DevOps environment * Coach and provide technical guidance to junior colleagues, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * Experience working in open cloud environments, GCP (e.g., Google Cloud Platform), Azure, AWS, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) * Proficiency in infrastructure as code concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) for automating asset provisioning and deployment * Active involvement in CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git) * Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or similar * Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex DevOps stage issues and provide effective solutions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Cloud Logging Solutions) to ensure application performance and system health * Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps, including experience with vulnerability scanning, compliance frameworks, and secure deployment practices * Leadership experience, including mentoring and directing junior team members, is a plus **About arenaflex's Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
