We're committed to creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity, where everyone can grow, learn, and succeed. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and efficiently * Troubleshooting technical issues, including hardware and software problems * Providing expert assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote support * Conducting site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and technical issues * Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices **Obligations** As a member of our remote team, you'll be expected to: * Respond to client care demands and resolve technical assistance issues in a timely and professional manner * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns * Investigate technical issues by gathering information, researching online resources, and collaborating with internal teams * Conduct site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software * Follow up with clients to confirm issues were resolved and provide additional support as needed * Complete service orders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues **Capabilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams * Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Windows (client/server) and experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other Internet browsers * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues * Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems * Familiarity with project management tools and software **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K project systems * Knowledge of email and working frameworks * Familiarity with printing and installation procedures * Experience with remote desktop applications and dynamic catalogs * Strong understanding of password management and data security best practices **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
