About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers via inbound calls to provide assistance with accounts, toll invoices, technical issues, and DMV registration holds. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
