Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Analyst to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in overseeing tasks related to our paid in-stage content advancement group. Your primary responsibility will be to establish measurement and dashboard requirements, improve existing estimation systems and tools, and optimize data solutions for budget and mission estimation. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with advertising campaign managers, operations, and our central analysis team to gather data and metrics requirements Manage and optimize integrated reporting for internal advertising spend and performance, leading reviews, improving data processes surrounding data flow, and ensuring data accuracy Oversee in-house processes for advertising experimentation and testing, tracking and logging ongoing studies/tests across arenaflex platforms, and building automation to improve data precision and scalability Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables Partner with our analysis and cross-functional partners to identify and correct data integrity/accuracy issues across our reporting, data framework, dashboards Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a relevant field 2+ years of experience in SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.) Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience building/working distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large datasets from multiple sources Self-starter with flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances Experience working independently and a history of taking initiative Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training Experience with data analysis and reporting tools Knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools Experience with agile project management methodologies Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
