At blithequark, we believe in the importance of learning and self-awareness, and we provide our employees with opportunities to grow and develop their skills. **Job Summary** The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will assist in utilizing data to create, present, and propose innovative ideas and projects, as well as perform basic analysis to mitigate the risk of resistance through process enhancements. These enhancements will support blithequark's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance. **Responsibilities and Expectations** The responsibilities and expectations of the Quality Control Standards Data Analyst may include, but are not limited to: * Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in convenient data collection, validation, and basic driver analysis on data components. * Help create and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibilities. * Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the applicable areas of the analysis to ease partner understanding. * Help create and disseminate specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team. * Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors * Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, mathematics, computer science) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large datasets with care and precision. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation-based information to diverse audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase (desired). * Ability to identify and analyze problems, summarize, and perform basic driver analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Willingness to use PowerPoint to create presentations for verbal communications (desired). * Past internship, capstone project, or research coursework experience (desired). * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a focus on liabilities and independent thinking. * Past experience in a related field (desired). * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $26 * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment * Collaborative and supportive team culture * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and a desire to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
