Job Overview This role is an exciting opportunity to join our HR Shared Services team as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. As a Netflix Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our local and global talent teams to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely manner, leveraging Workday transactions and data input & accuracy. You will be expected to be independent, proactive, and customer-focused, with excellent stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Worker Data Management: Ensure the accuracy of employee data by managing employee structures and processes, and performing regular audits to guarantee data integrity and functionality. HR Applications Support: Assist with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently, allowing employees to focus on delivering exceptional work. Process Improvement: Research and implement new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization, driving continuous improvement and innovation. HR Knowledge Base Management: Help create, write, and manage our HR knowledge base for employees, providing a centralized resource for HR-related information and support. New Employee Services: Assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services, from pre-hire to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees. Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data audits and analysis to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Essential Qualifications Workday HCM Experience: Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool, including data management, reporting, and analytics. Mass Uploads (EIB) Experience: Proven experience with Mass Uploads (EIB) and data migration. Project Management and Communication: Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues using rigorous judgment and problem-solving strategies. Education: A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience: Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is highly desirable. Zendesk Experience: Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus.
