Field Marketing Director - $95K-$110K - DC/Remote
Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking a Field Marketing Director to be a strategic partner to the firm's regional teams! About the Job: • Partner with regional leadership that works with a variety of clients to design and implement marketing processes, aligning with corporate strategy. • Develop materials and templates, focusing on consistency. • Collaborate with leadership to analyze and report on effectiveness of marketing activities. • Help to establish marketing standards and shape firmwide solutions. About You: • 6+ years of marketing and/or business development experience, background in implementing marketing processes. • Ideally experienced in B2B service firms and/or nonprofit fundraising environments. • A bachelors degree is preferred, but not required. • Knowledge of HubSpot, Asana, or other marketing platforms. • Highly strategic, collaborative, with excellent project management skills. About the Position: • $95K-$110K, depending on experience. • Fully remote role, ideally based in Washington, DC (will work EST hours). • Help shape how marketing is delivered amongst various regions during a transitional period of an impactful organization!
