All new Flight Attendants undergo paid training at the American Airlines Training and Conference Center in Fort Worth, Texas, where they receive industry-leading instruction in safety, service, first aid, cultural awareness, and crisis management. Upon graduation, attendants are assigned to a crew base such as Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), where they begin their journey with one of the most dynamic airlines in the world.
