Games Project Specialist

Join the Games team at Meta to support game developers worldwide. This role will support the Games team in a variety of ways by providing project management across several areas of the team. You will be partnering with a team of content owners that works across the Metaverse Content ecosystem. You are a methodical thinker who can build solutions, and provide support while working in a deadline-focused environment.Games Project Specialist Responsibilities Develop recommendations and a clear, substantiated point-of-view on a plan of record Identify and analyze complex business problems and develop novel, creative solutions Exhibit a solutions-oriented approach to issues, driving to timely resolutions Drive projects or initiatives that require additional due diligence and clarity before engaging further with a partner (for example, analyzing internal and external data and analysts reports to assess partner feasibility) Help coordinate and drive program management across different business development teams Stay up-to-date with trends in business and technology including knowledge of current/potential Meta partners Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience of business development, strategy, consulting or related field Experience leading cross-functional projects, working effectively with internal and external partners at all levels Experience building a variety of internal and external relationships based on trust and respect Experience balancing between high-level strategy and diving into execution Experience handling confidential information, with experience exercising discretion, poise and professionalism at all times Experience analyzing and solving complex and wide ranging business problems (commercial, operational, organizational), and driving projects from strategy to execution Experience leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization Experience in driving teams across partnerships to track and deliver on key program objectives Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with games development and publishing best practices For those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
