As a Tax Associate, you will assist in solving complex business problems, focusing on tax compliance and client interactions related to international employment. Responsibilities Preparation of Canadian and/or US personal income tax returns and related forms/deliverables Research and drafting of tax technical memos Interaction with clients to provide advice in relation to tax matters associated with their international employment Engage with team members to service clients and bring value to their organization Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems Skills Preparation of Canadian and/or US personal income tax returns and related forms/deliverables Research and drafting of tax technical memos Interaction with clients to provide advice in relation to tax matters associated with their international employment Engage with team members to service clients and bring value to their organization Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Fields of Study: Accounting, Taxation, Economics, Business Administration/Management, International Business Exposure to Canadian and/or US individual tax knowledge Strong customer service skills and experience in client facing roles Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively under pressure with a proactive attitude Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple work assignments Experience with MS Excel and/or other tools such as Alteryx Company Overview Vialto Partners providing globally integrated solutions supporting global workforce mobility.
