Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities at all levels. Drive engagement and collaboration between Mastercard and government agencies. Stay up-to-date with the latest government policies and regulations related to the payments industry. Identify potential partnership opportunities with government entities to support Mastercard's business objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for engaging with government entities. Represent Mastercard at government meetings, events, and conferences. Advocate for Mastercard's interests and priorities to government officials. Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to government entities. Monitor and analyze government policies and regulations that may impact Mastercard's business. Communicate and negotiate effectively with government officials to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging to government entities. Provide guidance and support to other team members on government engagement strategies and initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert on government engagement within the organization. Keep accurate records of interactions and engagements with government entities.
