About the role We’re looking for a Growth Operations analyst to help keep the Growth team at ElevenLabs running smoothly. You’ll be part of the team that makes sure our core processes work efficiently day to day. Whether that’s updating systems, process design, managing dashboards and reports, or helping the team execute new initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting things done, is detail-oriented, and wants to learn how a fast-moving growth team operates from the inside. You don’t need years of experience, just curiosity, organization, and a willingness to take ownership of key processes. You’ll get exposure to a wide range of projects and gain hands-on experience across the full growth function. Location This role is remote-first and can be executed globally with the ability to operate in GMT and GMT+1 timezones preferred.
