Job DescriptionThe Help Desk Specialist is considered the initial point of contact for all incoming customer technical issues, including those from outside vendors. The role involves processing customer queries and issues, following documented blueprints and standard operating procedures, and ensuring accurate logging of all calls. The goal is to achieve high customer satisfaction levels. QualificationsExperience with Windows 2000 Server operating system. At least 3 years of experience in Help Desk Support. Certifications such as A+ or MCP are preferred. Network and desktop troubleshooting experience, including re-imaging desktops and working with Windows XP and Windows 2000 Server.#J-18808-Ljbffr
