Role Description Under the supervision of the Vice President, Virtual Health, the Virtual Health Growth Liaison plays a critical role in optimizing the performance of Unified Virtual Health Services and its affiliated care centers. This individual must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal disruption to operations. • Act as the primary liaison between Unified Virtual Health Services and partner practices. • Drive care center adoption of Unified Virtual Health Services. • Leverage data reporting, analytics, and change management techniques. • Develop strategies and content to engage care center managers, operations teams, and providers. • Share feedback gathered from in-market interactions with the Unified Virtual Health Services team. • Provide real-time, consistent data and strategies to ensure each affiliate is operating at its highest potential. • Identify opportunities to improve referral patterns to maximize resource utilization and enhance patient access. • Educate internal market teams on virtual health offerings and financial/volume objectives. • Promote marketing strategies that drive high-quality, growth, and efficient care delivery. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong language and reasoning skills required. • Minimum 1 year healthcare experience with knowledge of patient care management, physician practice operations, managed care, and financials; women’s health experience a plus. • Change management experience. • Strong teaching and education skills to support program adoption and staff development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Effective leadership and team collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented and able to work independently. • Ability to build and maintain internal and external partnerships. • Financially savvy with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and P&L management. Requirements • Experience in practice liaison and healthcare partnerships, with strong relationship-building skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • A customer service-oriented mindset. • The capability to influence and drive performance across diverse stakeholders. • The ability to educate and support care center teams on virtual health workflows, best practices, and performance improvement strategies. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights. • Change Management & Education: Serve as an educator for the virtual health program. • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations, revenue cycle, IT, and business development teams. • Monitoring KPIs & Accountability: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and hold stakeholders accountable for outcomes.
