As a Warehouse Associate, you will be assigned to diverse responsibilities including, but not limited to, picking, packing, quality control, processing items, binning, and dock work. Your role involves collaborating with a dynamic team to accomplish network goals, while independently meeting specific targets in various areas such as scanning and organizing inventory, facilitating exchanges, racking clothing, boxing jewelry, and contributing to special projects within our warehouse environment. The position demands a balance of individual accountability and teamwork, providing you with a comprehensive experience in warehouse operations.YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT STITCH FIX BECAUSE...Pay starts at $16.50 per hour with $.50 increases every 6 months for the first 2 years, with an additional increase to $19.25 after 3 years of service.Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm or M/T/TH/F 7:00am - 5:30pm.Great Benefits!
