Job Overview and Key Responsibilities The Internship program at Delta is designed to provide students with practical, real-world experiences that challenge them both personally and professionally. As an intern on the Digital Flight Attendant Experience team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of digital solutions that enhance the flight attendant experience and ultimately improve customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: Performing operational duties to support the FA Digital Experience objectives (approximately 50% of your time) Working on project work with App Product Owners (approximately 30% of your time) Observing and collecting Flight Attendant feedback (approximately 20% of your time) Monitoring Flight Attendant SkyHub pages and responding to feedback requests Gathering and analyzing data for various projects Creating training material and developing tools/websites to improve processes and procedures Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement What You Will Gain from This Experience As an intern on the Digital Flight Attendant Experience team, you will gain valuable industry experience, develop professional skills, and have the opportunity to work on substantive projects that contribute to the department's continued improvement and success. You will also have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on forecasting experience with Delta's team of App Product Owners and Flight Attendants. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must: Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency Embody Delta's core values of honesty, integrity, respect, perseverance, and servant leadership Convey a professional image to all levels of associates Effectively communicate information (verbal and written) and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Have a strong command of managing projects, collecting feedback, and making recommendations for process improvements Be a motivated, self-starting, critical thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and aviation Be currently enrolled in an accredited 2- or 4-year university Preferred Qualifications While there are no specific preferred qualifications for this role, we are looking for candidates who are passionate about technology, innovation, and customer experience. If you have experience with project management, data analysis, or digital solutions, it will be considered an asset.
