Internship details: • Start date: August/September Duration: 6 months (can be extended) • Working hours: 20 hours per week • Working model: remote • Location: Czech Republic Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: • Support remote sales activities of Medtronic 's products within assigned customer accounts in a specific territory to help achieve sales goals. • Help identify potential leads and business opportunities and refer them internally when appropriate. • Assist in gathering input on new markets, new product introductions and existing products or supplies. • Support the commercial team in promoting education of the company's products and/or services when appropriate. • Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems. • Actively reach out and communicate with customers on new products, current campaigns to generate new interest • Collaborate with technical consultants on shared accounts in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including lead qualification, sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up. Required Knowledge: • Recent graduate or currently studying a higher education degree (e.g. economics, management, healthcare) • Fluency in both English and Czech languages • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g. online meetings, digital content sharing, social media) • Basic knowledge or exposure to CRM systems • Willingness to learn new things and develop personal potential Would be a plus: • Sales background Strong in quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach • Interested in optimization and improvement work • Strong verbal & written communication skills Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
