HONDA OF OCALA is looking to hire PART TIMEReceptionistsfor our dealership! Pay rates $15 - $17 per hour depending on experience!

Responsibilities: ? Greeting guests and directing them appropriately ? Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department ? Able to work in a fast-paced environment ? Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image ? Assist with administrative duties which include: ? Data Entry ? Keeping Accurate Records ? Organizing Files/Records

Requirements
? Receptionist Experience is Required
? Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel
? Strong Customer Service Skills
? Excellent Communication Skills
? Keep Accurate Records
? Detail Oriented
? Time Management Skills
? Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills
? Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic
? Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas
? Ability to be a Team Player
? Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English
