Key Responsibilities
? Manage calendar
? Check in daily Monday-Friday
? Sent a peek at the week on Sunday / Monday with meetings and upcoming deadlines
? Assist with meal planning and grocery order
? Schedule monthly check-in with clients
? Assist with cold calls
? Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
? Platforms:
? AirTable
? Google Suite
? Seamless
? Instantly
? Intuitively organized
? Ability to manage up
? Good grammar and ability to write
? Detail oriented
? Self-starter
? 10-15 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
? Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
