ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Typing and electronically filing correspondence and documents
? Assist with compliance maintenance in the organization's electronic database
? Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date with state regulations
? Assist with documentation regarding new staff
? Compile and submit state reports
? Answer telephone/route calls
? Proficiency with Word and Excel and tracking systems
? Significant data entry, uploading documents, sending documents, tracking items
? Working in both the Electronic Bari Trax System and state system called SACWIS

?JOB QUALIFICATIONS: ? High School Diploma or GED ? One year general office experience ? Must be proficient in the Windows operating system ? Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

? Monday to Friday
