Virtual Assistant 20 Hours per Week (IC-CS)

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities
? Set calendar using calendly to take phone calls
? Take phone calls and explain how the platform works to physicians (will be trained on the platform)
? Reach out to physicians who show interest and schedule them using calendly
? Assist with various other projects / tasks
? Experience as an Account Manager / interacting with physicians (a plus)
? Experience credentialing or pathology lab experience (is preferred)
? Excellent communicator
? Detail oriented
? Intuitively organized
? Self-starter
? 20 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
? Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
? Availability to set calendar for 10am - 6pm or 12:00pm - 7:00pm CST for calls with physicians
