Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Remote Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. This contract, commission-based role is ideal for professionals who value work-life balance and are looking for a flexible opportunity to earn extra income.

Key Responsibilities: ? Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates. ? Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline in industries such as engineering, manufacturing, and professional services. ? Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients. ? Collaborate with HR Works to align recruitment strategies with client needs.

What We're Looking For:
? Proven recruitment experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or professional services.
? Knowledge of the Puerto Rican job market and the ability to connect with local talent.
? Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
? Self-motivated and able to work independently.
? Must reside in Puerto Rico.
