Remote Assistant for MFP Program
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated MFP Program Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about mental health and eager to contribute to significant programs such as MFP-Doctoral and MFP-Youth. Your administrative expertise will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to enhance mental health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
? Facilitate the application process and perform thorough reviews for the MFP.
? Execute data entry and verification tasks with precision.
? Assist in the fellowship eligibility verification process.
? Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and annual impact summaries.
? Contribute to the production of video and written content showcasing program impacts and engaging stakeholders.
? Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for the MFP.
? Manage the MFP inbox to ensure prompt responses.
? Collect and analyze campaign performance data, including audience feedback.
? Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Required Skills

? Experience in event planning is advantageous.
? Cultural competence and an understanding of diverse communities.
Qualifications
? A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
? 1-3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
? Experience collaborating with volunteers, boards, and association leadership is beneficial.
? Demonstrated ability to manage projects within set deadlines.
? Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with data management software or a willingness to learn.
? Internet proficiency and awareness of social media platforms; website management experience is a plus.
? Ability to travel up to 5%, including weekends.
