Online Math Teacher for K-12th (Remote & Synchronous)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role involves teaching various levels of mathematics, developing lesson plans, and engaging students through innovative instructional methods. Our Mathematics Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping students' understanding and appreciation of mathematics.

Responsibilities
? Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
? Teach mathematics concepts across various levels, ensuring comprehension and retention among students.
? Utilize instructional design techniques to create effective teaching materials and resources.
? Assess student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
? Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
? Collaborate with fellow educators and education administration to enhance the overall learning experience.
? Provide tutoring support for students needing additional assistance outside of regular class hours.
? Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
? Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; Master?s degree preferred.
? Classroom experience working with students at various educational levels is highly desirable.
? Familiarity with laboratory settings or research methodologies related to mathematics education is a plus.
? Experience in private school settings is an advantage but not mandatory.
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
? A passion for mathematics education and a commitment to student success.
? Knowledge of library services or resources that can enhance the learning experience is beneficial.
