SpaceX is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or communication role...

Responsibilities:
• Manage live chat interactions with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns
• Utilize resources and knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Identify and escalate any complex or escalated customer concerns to the appropriate team member
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and suggest improvements to processes

Requirements:
• Driven individual with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Resourceful and able to think quickly on their feet to provide solutions to customer issues
• Experience in people management and strong emotional intelligence skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred
