Dispatcher Job Description:

The 1-Tom Plumber On-Call Dispatcher will work remotely, providing fast and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers. The dispatcher will manage after-hours calls for the on-call technicians and the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Strong customer service skills, multitasker, answering client calls, and scheduling technician appointments for jobs. In addition to entering client data into a computer, this individual will provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries and make outbound calls to clients as necessary.

Job Requirements: ? Must live in middle Tennessee ? High School diploma or equivalent ? Ability to satisfactorily resolve client concerns ? Competency of basic computer programs ? Professional demeanor ? Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to complete tasks ? Able to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced environment ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ? Reliable, trustworthy and punctual

Compensation: $25 per booked call
