Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities
? Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
? Monitor and document vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are reported to healthcare professionals.
? Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
? Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
? Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting clients safely when necessary.
? Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy.
? Support clients in maintaining their independence while providing direct support as needed.
? Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.

Experience
? Previous experience in home health care, long-term care, or senior care is preferred but not required.
? Knowledge of CPR techniques and basic first aid is advantageous.
? Familiarity with home community care practices and direct support services is beneficial.
? Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
? A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live fulfilling lives.
