RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
? Work with management, inventory, supply chain, and sales team in demand planning operations
? Build technical models to forecast demands for new products, seasonality, and promotional activities
? Analyze inventory metrics to ensure turnover ratios, lost product/shrinkage and backorder dollars stay within approved margins
? Monthly reconciliation of inventory including cycle counts, identifying and fixing discrepancies, and improving systems
? Factory order communication and management

PAY CLASS & BENEFITS
? Full-time; Salaried; Exempt

? $55-$65K annual equivalent

Requirements TO PERFORM FUNCTIONS EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Extremely organized and detail oriented
? Able to rely heavily on critical thinking skills
? Thrives in a team environment

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
? 4-years Inventory experience minimum
? Proficient computer skills; Mac preferred, but PC okay
? Advanced skills in the full MS Office Suite
? Salesforce experience a plus
