Analyst - Care Associate, Behavioral Health

? Analyst, Case Management position with Aetna?s Utilization Management (UM) team
? Work from home anywhere in the United States, preferably in Mountain or Pacific Standard Time Zone
? Non-clinical position on the Autism Care Team
? Providing support and service to the behavioral health clinical autism teams
? Process and record receipt of clinical requests
? Facilitate follow-up calls for additional information from providers
? Assist clinical staff in locating services for members through provider searches
? Monitor fax/email mailboxes and tasking buckets
? Creates new cases based on new requests

Requirements: ? 1 + years working with Behavioral Health ? Understands psych/med terminology ? Previous Managed Care experience, familiarity with managed care documentation systems ? Previous experience working with plan benefit structure ? Previous experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder
