Online Chat Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Chat Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our online chat platform, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
? Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner.

? Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
? Multi-tasking: Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring each customer receives the attention they deserve.
? Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Qualifications
