Field Reimbursement Manager

BioTalent is partnered with a biopharmaceutical company specializing in the development and commercialization of treatments for rare diseases. With a particular focus on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), This organization is at the forefront of research and development for exon-skipping therapies. They are actively on the search for a Field Reimbursement Manager.

Responsibilities...
? Develop and implement comprehensive reimbursement strategies aligned with product launch and lifecycle management plans.
? Exceptional communication skills: Ability to articulate complex reimbursement concepts clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.
? Deep regulatory knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of federal and state healthcare regulations, including CMS, Medicaid, HRSA, and commercial payer landscapes.
? Policy analysis expertise: Proven ability to analyze policy proposals, legislation, and regulations, translating their impact into actionable insights.
? Industry focus: In-depth knowledge of reimbursement challenges and opportunities within the life science sector.
? Data-driven approach: Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations for business decisions.
? Effective time management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
? Minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on reimbursement.
? Strong understanding of the US healthcare system, including payers, formularies, and reimbursement policies.
? Proven track record of developing and implementing successful reimbursement strategies.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Strong communication and presentation skills.
? Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
? Proficiency in using reimbursement databases and market research tools.
