Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Remote Personal Assistant at VOSKI JEWELERS and Employee will be working with a busy Executive. The Remote Personal Assistant will be responsible for.

?Manage payroll processing and disbursements

?Task prioritization and time management

?Handle staff expense reports and reimbursements

?Maintain accurate financial records

?Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

?Coordinate with accounting/finance department

?Schedule and organize meetings

?Manage calendar and appointments

?Prepare and edit documents

?Assist with project management

?Providing regular status updates and reports

?Handling personal errands and tasks as assigned
