Requirements
? Minimum 6 months of experience in remote or local customer service.
? Minimum 6 months of experience in remote or local call center.
? Must have access to a Windows computer
? Quiet, professional environment for taking calls
? Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
? Intermediate computer proficiency
? Must be able to speak with a happy tone, and professional
