MUST HAVE:
? Bachelor's degree.
? 2+ years of experience in business development or sales.
Responsibilities: ? Conducting cold calls to potential new clients to introduce our products and services. ? Scheduling and coordinating webinars with and for the Marketing and Events teams. ? Tracking invoices and payments in collaboration with Accounts Payable. ? Developing and maintaining operations processes using tools like Excel and Smartsheet Responsibilities ? Business development + cold calling. ? Managing webinar calendars, confirming speakers and attendees. ? Ensuring invoices are sent on time and payments are received and recorded. ? Creating standardized templates and workflows to optimize daily tasks. ? Pulling data from various sources and running reports. ? Request vendor payment forms.
Minimum Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree. ? 2+ years of experience in business development or sales. ? Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. ? Proficiency with MS Office applications like Excel. ? Experience using project management or other tools like Smartsheet. ? Attention to detail and ability to multitask across different tasks
