We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, efficient and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll review, data entry (AR/AP), collections, billing OOP costs, and other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities
? Review and process payroll
? Accurately enter data into QB Online software
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records
? Follow up on collections and billing OOP costs
? Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
? Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
? 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
? Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
? High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks Online
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Detail-oriented and highly organized
