The Role As a Junior Content Creator, you’ll support the creation of social-first content across video, photo, motion, and written formats. You’re a hands-on creative who’s eager to grow your skills and learn from more experienced teammates. You know what’s happening on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—and you’re excited to help make content that feels fresh and relevant. This is a role for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things, whether that’s filming, editing, writing, designing, or experimenting with AI. You’ll get the chance to shadow, learn, contribute, and build a portfolio of real work. Benefits • Competitive salary • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Short- and long-term disability • Paid parental leave • 401(k) with matching • Flexible work schedule • Unlimited PTO + summer & winter breaks • Paid volunteer time • Semi-annual team events What You’ll Do • Support the concepting, shooting, and editing of content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more • Learn to use AI and other tools to develop visuals, motion, and mixed media content • Write simple, platform-appropriate ideas and copy with guidance • Stay up to date with social trends and help apply them to content • Assist Creators on active projects, learn how to support during every phase of a project from pre to post • Participate in writers rooms and team work sessions • Be in-studio Tues–Thurs to collaborate and support real-time content creation What You’ll Bring • A strong interest in social-first creativity and storytelling • A growing portfolio that shows your versatility with making different kinds of content (photo, video, and graphic arts in both a polished and more lo-fi style) • Foundational knowledge around shooting and editing • Experience with creative tools like Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, and Google Slides • Interests in AI’s creative capabilities and has a willingness to experiment with new tools in your already existing process • Good instincts for what works on social media and a desire to learn • Clear communication and openness to feedback • Comfortable supporting shoots, edits, and brainstorms • Bonus: Willingness to appear on camera Salary Range Our estimated range for this role is $65-70K Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role.
