Junior Sales Representative (Hybrid)

They are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to develop sales skills, build client relationships, and gain industry knowledge in preparation for a Sales Representative role. Responsibilities Learn and master the sales process and understand the products and services offered Learn sales administration by participating in sales office functions Build and maintain relationships with potential clients Conduct market research and develop sales strategies; gather and analyze information to build knowledge base and identify trends for assigned territory/product Observe the sales process by calling on accounts; adhere to established sales steps Update job knowledge by participating in educational improvement opportunities; read sales and marketing publications Prepare and deliver product presentations Other duties as assigned Skills High School diploma or equivalent Experience in sales or customer service Requires a valid driver's license Excellent communication and listening skills Presentation skills Ability to influence and persuade others Enthusiastic, optimistic, persistent and resilient personality; able to handle rejection Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to negotiate conflict Creative problem-solving skills Solid work ethic, self-starter and high energy level Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401k PTO/paid sick leave Employee stock purchase plan Company Overview First American provides financial services through its Title Insurance and Services segment and its Specialty Insurance segment.
