Lead Development Representative (Milwaukee based)

As a Lead Development Representative, you will engage with prospects, identify new opportunities through outbound prospecting, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team. Responsibilities Engage with inbound leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages (e.g., demo requests, event/webinar follow-ups, website downloads, online chat) Prospect outbound to identify and create new opportunities for the sales team, leveraging intel via research using a variety of tools Qualify and nurture leads to meet or exceed opportunity quotas using proven follow-up processes and sales tools Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce Prepare handoff documentation for Account Managers when opportunities are qualified Research and understand prospects’ businesses, identifying pain points and challenges Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, and Field Sales teams Develop advanced prospecting skills and learn how to engage prospects early in their buying journey Skills Must be located in Milwaukee Strong empathy for prospects' challenges and a genuine desire to help Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset Resilience in the face of objections and the ability to stay motivated A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment Company Overview Flexera provides a platform for managing and optimizing technology spend and risk across hybrid IT environments.
