Lead Generation & Client Qualification Specialist (Hospitality Leadership & Executive Careers)

Overview I run a boutique career and leadership positioning business focused on hospitality managers, directors, and executives. I’m looking for a thoughtful, proactive freelancer to help identify and engage the right prospects. This is not mass outreach or low-budget leads. This role is about quality conversations, not volume. You’ll help surface and warm up prospects who are genuinely interested in professional services, then hand them off to me to close. What You’ll Do •Identify hospitality leaders (managers, directors, executives) who may be in transition or ready for advancement • Use LinkedIn to research and initiate personalized, non-spammy outreach • Engage prospects in light conversation to gauge seriousness and fit • Qualify leads at a high level (interest, timeline, comfort with professional fees) • Route interested prospects either to a paid consult ($250) or directly to a full-service conversation • Track outreach and outcomes in a simple shared log • Share insights and updates frequently What You Will Not Do • No mass messaging or “spray and pray” outreach • No hard selling or closing • No access to my personal LinkedIn account (trust is built over time) Compensation Monthly Retainer: $250 Commission: 10% of each signed contract $1,200+ Typical package values range from $1,200 to $2,500. Example: 2 signed contracts at $1,750 = $3,500 revenue → $250 retainer + $350 commission = $600 total This role rewards judgment and qualification, not volume. We’ll start with a 30-day trial to confirm fit on both sides. Ideal Background • Experience with LinkedIn lead generation, research, or sales support • Strong written communication (professional, concise, tailored) • Organized, self-directed, and thoughtful in approach • Experience in hospitality leadership, recruiting, HR, or executive-facing roles is a strong plus • Interested in building a longer-term working relationship Why This Role This is not a short-term gig or a volume play. I’m growing the business and want a partner who understands that the right clients create the best outcomes for everyone. This will be a collaborative, test-and-refine role, and we will refine messaging, targeting, and offers for a higher price point.
