Job Title: Lead Java AWS Developer Location: Remote Duration: Long term Java and AWS must have skills: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities are focused on the Systems Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing of JAVA and AWS Elastic Beanstalk/Lambda/S3/SQS/ECS/EKS/API management-based integration solutions. Utilize your collaborative skills to work with business partners, IT managers/staff, to ensure high reliability, availability, and performance of applications. Perform Code review, improve platform to take on additional load, address recommendations on fixes or backlog. Leverage your analytical skills to create technical solutions for business processes. Required Competencies: 13+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application integration. 3+ years using AWS application integration services. Experience in API management, event bus, Lambda, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, AWS Kinesis, and messaging. Experience with end-to-end design of JAVA applications. Understanding of VPC, Route 53, ELB and various database services in AWS. Experience with developing and deploying containerized applications. (Preferably using Docker. And most certainly using ECR, ECS and Fargate) Experience building components using terraform script. Experience in Core Java, Messaging (JMS), Web API - SOAP, REST, XML, YAML, CSV, TCP, WebSocket, HTTP, REST, JSON, SOAP, JDBC, JMS, FTP, etc. Experience with Services Oriented Architecture and RESTful Architecture, web services, microservices Architecture. Experience in creating HLD and LLD along with knowledge in UML to create related artifacts Experience and understanding of complete API lifecycle. Experience in implementing security aspects including API security, authentication, authorization, message & transport-level security. Experience in designing performant, scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available application architecture. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD concepts and build/use pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, git, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience using Agile, Scrum and iterative development practices. Experience in providing operational support and troubleshooting any production issues using AWS monitoring and audit tools like CloudWatch and CloudTrail. Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications. To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussion or review. Work with various business owners to understand business needs and translate business needs into technical specifications Ability to communicate to business in easy-to-understand non-technical terms. Nice to have AWS developer certification and integration experience using MuleSoft and Any point platform. Nice to have Mortgage Industry Experience Educational Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Technology, Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent experience.
