Lead Product Manager (AI Product Lab)
About the position Responsibilities • Set and drive the vision and strategy for the application of ML and AI at Smartly • Define product roadmap for your responsibility areas • Challenge and support colleagues to deliver innovative and high-quality applications based on machine learning • Use your skills in data science and machine learning to understand how creatives work in online marketing and build new tools to optimize and automate our customers' work • Validate new ideas and concepts by working closely with customers • Partner with recruiting to help scale the team by actively sourcing and closing the best talent Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Product management Experience in B2B or B2C SaaS • 5+ years of experience in building services and products • 3+ years of experience in applying machine learning to real-life problems • Experience working in a technologically complex domain • Curiosity and the drive to continuously learn through study and experimentation on the job • Ability to set a long-term vision for the team and drive execution towards that vision • Track record of successfully launching software products and driving user and revenue growth • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in math, engineering, or business preferred • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability and willingness to travel to meet customers and partners globally • Ability and willingness to work from our Chicago office for three days a week Benefits • Five weeks paid time off (PTO), 11 company-paid holidays, unlimited sick days • Generous healthcare packages & mental health benefits • Monthly wellness benefit and learning reimbursement opportunities • 401K plus matching & equity grants for all new Smartlies • Volunteer time off days & company donation matching opportunities • Computer (MAC or PC), phone with plan, & Bose headphones • And so much more… Apply tot his job
