Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Robotics Engineer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced robotic systems that expand web3 consumer experiences. This role requires a strong background in robotics, software development, and AI/ML technologies. Key Responsibilities Design and Development: Create robotic prototypes and systems tailored to consumer needs, incorporating AI and ML algorithms for enhanced functionality. Algorithm Development: Develop algorithms for motion control, perception, and decision-making in robots, ensuring optimal performance in diverse environments. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, electrical engineers, and product managers, to integrate robotic solutions seamlessly into consumer products. Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of robotic systems in both simulated and real-world scenarios to ensure reliability and safety. Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for robotic systems, ensuring they operate safely and effectively. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of design specifications, test plans, and project reports to track progress and facilitate knowledge sharing. Research: Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics, AI, and ML technologies to incorporate relevant findings into projects. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 full years of experience as a senior robotics engineer or in a similar role with a focus on mobile robots. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, C#. Understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and Computer Vision. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for designing robotic components. Experience with sensors, actuators, and control systems used in robotics. Experience with mobile robots or autonomous vehicles. Soft Skills: English at C1 or higher Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
