We are a team located across more than 5 countries in (EMEA, APAC, NA) in a company of more than 700 people located across more than 30 countries. We are seeking a Legal Counsel (Commercial, Privacy & AI) to join our global legal team, supporting commercial sales as well as data privacy and AI governance,and providing pragmatic legal advice across a wide range of commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters. You will work closely with leadership globally, helping to drive business outcomes while managing legal risk. This role is ideal for a business-minded, proactive legal expert who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. We are looking for a smart individual who wants to do more than just manage, but also shape and innovate! In this role, you will have the opportunity to (your tasks): Provide legal guidance on a wide range of global corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters including commercial deals as well as AI, Privacy and GDPR compliance matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of commercial agreements, including SaaS and enterprise tech contracts. Support the company’s compliance with AI regulations and collaborate with our business teams to promote a strong trustworthy AI governance culture. Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, InfoSec, Compliance, and HR to support business objectives. Support partnerships, and international expansion efforts, as needed. Help drive internal policies, compliance initiatives, and corporate governance practices. Provide support for our customers in documentation and assistance Manage third party privacy topics including supporting third party due diligence and data privacy impact assessments. Here are some of the things you’ll bring (requirements): Qualified lawyer in Poland or another EU jurisdiction, with a minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience. In-house legal experience in a multinational tech/SaaS company is strongly preferred. Strong SaaS commercial contracting and negotiation skills and experience supporting SaaS Sales transactions Background and/or strong interest in data privacy and AI regulations and governance Business judgment and High EQ, low ego, and the ability to balance legal risk with commercial opportunity. Appetite and ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment and a collaborative team-oriented approach. Professional fluency in written and spoken English required; other languages a plus. A strong sense of quality, personal responsibility, and a passion for development.
