As a Live Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat conversations. In this role, you will engage with our customers in real-time, providing solutions to their queries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. Pay: $30 - $33 per hour Key Responsibilities: • Respond to live chat inquiries from customers promptly, efficiently, and with a friendly and professional tone. • Provide accurate and timely information about our services, products, and policies. • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to customers. • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our system. • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus. • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live-chat or online support setting. • Excellent written communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately. • Proficient in the use of computer software and online chat platforms. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
