Our property management company is seeking a Home Maintenance Dispatcher and Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver top-tier service to our residents and property owners. About the Role: As the Home Maintenance Dispatcher and Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for coordinating maintenance services for our tenants and property owners. You’ll ensure that maintenance requests are handled efficiently, technicians are dispatched promptly, and owners are kept informed. Responsibilities: • Receive, prioritize, and schedule maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. • Dispatch in-house technicians and third-party vendors based on urgency, location, and expertise. • Monitor work order progress and follow up to ensure timely completion. • Maintain accurate records of service calls, materials used, and labor hours. • Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and internal teams. • Assist with vendor management, including onboarding and performance tracking. • Support emergency maintenance coordination as needed. ✅ Qualifications: • Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or maintenance coordination (property management experience preferred). • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Knowledge of Home Repairs or Construction. • Experience with property management or maintenance software is preferred.
