Our world-class sales and sales support teams work directly with businesses of all sizes to offer products and services to meet our customers’ unique needs. We are committed to understanding our customers and use best-in-class sales tools and technology to find the best solutions. We’re constantly discovering new ways to reach our goals, taking time to develop our skills, and investing in our career growth, so we can enjoy lucrative opportunities and grow our careers both within and beyond sales. We’re building the next generation of AI-driven sales enablement, powered by Salesforce Agentforce, Tableau Next, and Data Cloud. To make that vision real, we’re looking for a dynamic, business-savvy analytics leader to own how we measure, understand, and optimize the performance of our AI agents. As the Manager, Analytics – AI Performance, you’ll define the metrics, frameworks, and insights that quantify how our autonomous sales agents impact productivity, customer engagement, and growth. You’ll turn complex data into clear narratives that help leadership see what’s working, what’s not, and where we can push our AI strategy next. This is a rare opportunity to shape how our company measures success in the era of AI-driven sales. What you’ll be doing: • Lead the analytical vision and roadmap for AI agent performance, designing the end-to-end measurement strategy across Agentforce, Tableau Next, and Data Cloud. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI agents, focusing on adoption, efficiency, accuracy, and business impact. • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards in Tableau Next and Salesforce, providing scalable, trusted reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams. • Analyze agent performance trends to uncover optimization opportunities, and influence evolution of prompts, data inputs, and agent logic. • Partner with Data Engineering and AI Development teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and visibility into agent activity. • Translate analytics into action by delivering concise, compelling insights to senior leadership that drive strategic decisions. • Hire, coach, and lead an analyst to scale your team’s analytical capacity and maintain a focus on AI performance analytics. • Establish and enforce data governance practices to ensure agent performance metrics are consistent, explainable, and trustworthy. • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, making complex AI analytics easy to understand and act on. What you bring to the table: • Strong proficiency in Tableau (preferably Tableau Next) and Salesforce Data Cloud. • Advanced SQL and Snowflake skills, with the ability to query, model, and validate large datasets. • Experience designing KPI frameworks and performance dashboards that drive measurable outcomes. • Solid understanding of AI analytics concepts, such as LLM performance, prompt evaluation, grounding, and correlation vs. causation. • Comfort working with structured and semi-structured data across multiple cloud environments. • Proven ability to influence and communicate insights to executives and non-technical stakeholders. • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with a talent for turning data into decisions. • Strategic mindset, able to prioritize and manage competing projects in a fast-paced environment. • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. What’s needed – Basic Qualifications: • 6–10 years of analytics experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity. • Expertise in Tableau and Salesforce Data Cloud. • Advanced SQL and Snowflake skills. • Experience designing and maintaining KPI frameworks and dashboards. What’s needed – Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, or Tableau AI. • Background in Sales or Revenue Operations analytics. • Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation, or predictive modeling frameworks. • Experience building new analytics functions or establishing measurement frameworks for emerging technologies.
