Marketing & Research Analyst – SaaS Product (B2B & B2C)

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Research Analyst to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis for an upcoming AI-driven SaaS communication platform that blends messaging, live streaming, task scheduling, and community engagement features for both businesses and end-users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying the right market positioning, go-to-market strategy, user segments, and pricing models — as well as evaluating tech stack suitability for scalability and integration flexibility. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research across B2B and B2C communication, social, and productivity platforms. Analyze current industry trends in chat automation, AI bots, live video, scheduling tools, and creator economy platforms. Identify the best market-fit strategy (e.g., SaaS subscription, freemium, or hybrid B2B2C models). Study and recommend regional vs. global launch strategies, including user acquisition and retention approaches. Benchmark top-performing apps and SaaS platforms to determine key differentiators and growth channels. Provide insights on user personas — both business clients and individual creators/users. Recommend tech stack improvements for scalability, performance, and API interoperability (mobile & web). Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure research aligns with technical feasibility. Suggest launch roadmaps, positioning statements, and go-to-market (GTM) channels. Prepare and present detailed research reports, charts, and actionable insights. Key Areas of Focus Chat and messaging systems AI chatbots (WhatsApp, Telegram integration) Live video & streaming Social feed and content engagement Creator monetization tools Task scheduling, reminders & productivity integration B2B client dashboards and analytics Cross-platform experience (mobile/web) Community engagement and retention Requirements Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst, Product Researcher, or Growth Strategist for SaaS or tech startups. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing models. Experience in competitive intelligence and user behavior research. Familiarity with analytics tools (bolthires Trends, SimilarWeb, App Annie, SEMrush, etc.). Understanding of SaaS business metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, ARR). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bonus: Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI bots, WebRTC (for calls/streams), and social commerce. Tech Stack Consultation (Advisory Scope) The analyst will also review and provide recommendations on: Frontend: React Native, Flutter, or hybrid options for mobile/web. Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or .NET Core. Database: PostgreSQL, Firebase, MongoDB, or Supabase. Cloud & Hosting: AWS, GCP, or Azure. Integrations: WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bots, Payment Gateways, and AI model APIs (e.g., GPT, Claude). Scalability & Security Recommendations.
