Title: Care Management Support Coordinator II Location: Remote in PST This role supports administrative care management functions including inbound/outbound calls, outreach, and scheduling peer-to-peer (P2P) reviews. Acts as a primary contact for providers and members, offering assistance, answering questions, and documenting information according to regulatory guidelines. Works in a fast-paced, remote call center environment supporting Ambetter and Medicare plans. Key Responsibilities Handle 30+ daily provider calls for P2P scheduling. Schedule appointments through Outlook and document notes and tasks in TruCare. Provide members with care plan guidance, resources, and support. Assist with onboarding, welcome letters, and non-clinical record maintenance. Explain care procedures and resolve inquiries professionally. Meet call center performance metrics including AHT, quality audits, and service levels. Collaborate with clinical teams to improve provider experience and ensure timely service delivery. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. 2–4 years of medical or healthcare call center experience. Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Flexible schedule with availability for occasional weekend work. Typing: 50+ WPM with 90% accuracy. Preferred Skills Healthcare background, scheduling experience, critical thinking, adaptability, and prior P2P experience.
