Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst/Associate Aramar Capital Group is a boutique investment bank seeking to hire a qualified candidate at the Analyst or Associate level. This is a full‑time remote position to help develop and execute middle‑market, sell‑side M&A deals. Candidates should be self‑motivated and personable. All professionals are involved in all phases of development and execution including: • Establishing a solid rapport with clients • Developing valuation analyses and models (projections, LBO, DCF, public trading and M&A comparables, etc.) • Organizing due diligence processes and data rooms and reviewing/analyzing due diligence materials • Preparing pitchbooks, information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials • Compiling prospective acquirer lists and contacting potential acquirers • Performing key tasks in the exclusive sale execution process • Researching and potentially contacting prospective clients The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and experience: • Prior experience and training in investment banking, accounting, lending, or other areas of finance; consumer product sector experience is not necessary but is a plus • Outstanding academic credentials from a top‑tier school • Team player committed to taking an integral role in Aramar’s continued growth • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Highly proficient financial analysis and modeling skills • Significant level of maturity and the ability to work remotely as part of a small group • Self‑starter willing to work in an entrepreneurial and fast‑paced environment • Particularly strong attention to detail • Willingness to travel domestically The compensation package is dependent on the particular individual’s experience and capabilities. It likely would consist of a base salary (expected to be in the $60,000 to $100,000 range), an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, healthcare benefits, and an IRA match.
